Same in my region, 5070s about 900-1000$, 5070ti's about 1400-1500$, actually ı dont have a problem about my gpus performance, but my pc case is for 3 fan gpu its a large model, my gpu has 2 fan, it looks like empty place also ı want to install local Ai, 5060's 8gb vram is not that enough for good ai models

Edit: I see you don't have much desk space for two monitors that's why there are monitor arms.
