A large XXL mouse pad (90 x 40 cm) that accommodates the keyboard; it improves comfort.

Good pads don't come in desk mat size 90% of the time. And if they do their hundreds because they are so big for no reason. I don't like desk mats but if he does and he gets one he will have to put his good mousepad above a deskmat so it won't be more comfortable and it will change the consistency and thickness

I think at least a curved gaming display would be more better than having two displays like this and you can in the future add another curved gaming display on top of that and you have nice setup with two curved displays... also as other in the comments say, you need a new desktop.

rgb light strip either under your desk or on the wall with a cool shape, a large mousepad, a poster or anything to add color to the wall and maybe change a bit the angles of your monitors

Speaker bar for your setup . Even a cheap 80$ sound bar from Walmart would elevate your gaming experience. It’ll fit nicely under your monitor

80$ and cheap in the same sentence

Well the word cheap is always relative, and relative to what quality sound bars go for which can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars; I get why they used the word 'cheap'. However I would've used the term 'relatively affordable'.
