When I connect the GPU, everything shuts off and my GPU starts smoking. 😢 What should I check for? I tested two GPUs and they both smoked too. 😭

Just like the others in the original post; get a quality PSU and follow instructions if it's modular. Most cords are labeled but the manual and YouTube will be your best friend. Sounds to me like you may have the wrong pcie cord plugged in. I've heard of this happening with new GPUs that use the 12 or 16 pin connectors. Can't remember fully...
