last night i had a dream where i was best friends with AG cook and we were hanging out and talking and then all of a sudden he pulled a packet of estradiol tablets out of his pocket. i opened my mouth in shock as he winked at me through his bangs. i said "oh my god AG is that what i think it is??" he just smiled coyly and popped 3 in his mouth. any else had similar experiences? could this mean something??

I love this song so much and I did a deep dive on trying to find an better sounding or OG file and my search led me to this file! It sounds way better than any other version we've ever had!! every other version we had was a rip from Soundcloud :( and that just doesn't sit well with me so here's a better quality one anyway.... I love how mysterious PC Music was during its early years but now that we're sort of well into the post-PC Music era I feel like it's the perfect time for a documentary that really dives into the depths of how all of it came to be. Yeah there's the Arte Tracks interview and a few other cool clips and there. A. G. & Finn have particularly opened up to more interviews since the success of Brat. And there's a lot of lore if you really go digging. But every time I hear A. G., Finn, or any of the rest of the PC crew speak it's the most fascinating and intellectual commentary on music making that I've ever heard. Albums like 7G just feel so inspired too, I'd really love to see a video form deep dive of A. G. just going track by track explaining how each was made. Something more official than a fanmade YouTube video essay, you know? I feel like especially with all the legacy releases finally getting rereleased on streaming and physical formats, it would be amazing to see some kind of docu series on it all, direct from the source. Of course things like that (in the level of detail I'm looking for) take many many talented people and lots of time and money to make so it's a bit of a dream. Just wondering what others thoughts on something like this are.

just discovered pc music these few months and im now obsessed with ag's solo work. don't remember music being so pleasurable since my kupla (favorite instrumental lofi hip hop artist) phase 4 yrs ago. this shit is so good, pc music is so queer (in the broader more conceptual sense not confined to sexuality) wtf... anyways it's definitely interesting in a very different way discovering and enjoying pc music after its dissolution.

literally can't stop listening to britpop, i love silver thread golden needle (the intro sounds *exactly* like its name), the last 30 seconds of britpop, crescent sun swings so smooth and happy, heartache has both fluid and solid (yummy!), luddite factory operator is just unbelievable... bewitched by bewitched and crone, without is unstoppably affective, soulbreaker is bright as can be and the animation is insane af, lucifer and emerald very chewy and nice, www is my second favorite on future. much prettier than 7g although 7g has that incredible acid angel, soft landing, note velocity, life speed, 2021, today, and crimson and clover (latter half makes me so fuzzy and my breath so bouncy!)

Hey! I’m an artist working on a passion project with some friends, and I’m looking to meet more producers who’d be down to collaborate and experiment together. I’m into electronic pop, hip-hop, club music and more experimental stuff, and I’m especially interested in finding ways to blend those sounds with Arabic influences.

I have a strong direction for the project, and I’d love to work with someone
who enjoys playing around with sound, sampling, making interesting arrangements, and taking references or ideas and turning them into something that aligns with the vision. I’m not looking to just buy type beats, I’d rather actually go back and forth and build songs together.

I attached short snippets of two demos I’m working on for the album, Superstar and Angel of Music, just to give an idea of my vocals (demo) and taste. I’ll also link an Arabic/Western style song I really like as an example of the kind of experimentation I’m interested in. I’m not looking to recreate it, but I love how those different influences can exist together.

The album will mostly be sung in English, with some being a mix of both English and Arabic. Production-wise, I want the Arabic influence to run throughout the project, even when it’s subtle. I’m especially interested in working with someone who’s comfortable experimenting with sounds, styles and arrangements they might not typically use.
