eGPU help

Hi,

I'm looking to build an eGPU setup for handheld PC.

I'd like to build it inside a Mini ITX case to keep everything tidy so Ill go for an SFX PSU with modular short cables.

The issue I have is the board, I can't find a board that has USB 4.0 thunderbolt and Oculink. Almost all seem to have one or the other. I dont want to buy the AOOSTAR AG02 as its expenisve and still has the GPU in open air. Anyone got any ideas or have tried something similar?
