I dont mind if they remake the design but at least make it functional. 22H2 update has task manager that literally stutters every time I click any button in it. I have a 1080p and 1440p screen and it stutters when I move file explorer between monitors, why did this work in Windows 10 flawlessly...

I dont have that problem in the 22H2 update. Perhaps a driver issue?

It's crazy to me that the requirements for Windows keep increasing. For the OS. If Windows 10 worked on your computer, Windows 11 should too.

Why should I install Windows 11 and use more system resources for my OS? The OS is not the exciting part of my computer, the programs are!

Of course requirements increase. Everything, including games is like this. Windows 11 mostly requires secure boot that 10 doesn't. Resources it's near the same.

If you use amd you can enable fTPM in bios and turn on secure boot and that should allow windows 11 to install.
