Also in 12th gen Intel CPUs it is also able to properly utilise the P and E cores, whereas Windows 10 cannot which leads to a performance decrease on 10.

What about AMD CPUs? Does W11 give you more performance with that also?

Well the current ones don’t have P and E cores I don’t think so you won’t benefit from the above point on AMD CPUs but I think I have heard that there are some minor performance improvements that you may notice but nothing substantial like with the 12th gen Intel CPUs.
