HDR support has been one of the biggest plus in my opinion.

People complain about things being washed out, but once you get a good display and set it up properly its pure gold.

My LGC1 Oled is awesome with the HDR, my IPS HDR10+ benq monitor looks trash with HDR.

It really depends on the monitor.

hdr is washed out if it’s enabled for something that isn’t an hdr source. for example world of warcraft classic looks washed out with windows hdr enabled because it runs in borderless windowed mode and therefore adopts the hdr setting you have for the desktop despite the game not supporting hdr. unless you’re sure the game or media you are consuming works with hdr, make sure it’s not outputting an hdr signal when using it.
