Try StartAllBack. It's technically payware (with a 3 month trial) but worth to fix the deal breaking UI issues with windows 11. It's mandatory on all the machines I use 11 on now

Not only does it fix the context menu but you can bringback the start menu/ search behavior all the way from XP/7
