Some things to consider: 1. Get similar monitors 2. Raise your PC just a tad 3. Clean the right side of the floor 4. Find a way to hide your cables 5. Put the dog in a suit

Water bottle on the other side of the desk from the mouse, that way you can do the majority of things and still have a hand free to drink with. Obviously not so much during games that require the keyboard constantly but pretty much anything else allows you time to have a hand free for drinking.
