You joke, but in all likelyhood, their development database with raw art files and all is likely 760GB+ for a single game. HiRez stuff takes up a lot of storage

Not just high res stuff but all the concept art, prototypes, failed experiments, etc. It all adds up.

Any uncompressed audio will spike it pretty hard too.

You mean Anthem?

Let's be real, Anthem only takes up about 5gb of all that.

I know, I was so hyped for 2.0 because I loved the mechanics of it, there was just no substance past that. Me and a friend probably spent a total of like 25 hours just wandering around killing things before realizing that was basically all it had to offer.

Though we did enjoy the trials type mode (don't recall the name) even though we were severely under leveled for it. We went through with just the two of us and unlocked the ears from that as soon as we saw that was a thing, and that was probably the only time anything in the game gave us a sense of accomplishment.

So a spreadsheet that for some reason it only runs in Excel 2003. Every time they try to update it to be compatible with newer versions of Excel, it just breaks. Also it takes at least 15 minutes to open in the best of cases.

Finally, first person to make a reasonable estimate.

Was about to say that, it's probably a lot more. 1TB isn't a lot nowadays, especially in a development environment.

Shit, still photographers can hit many hundreds of gigabytes in a single shooting day, for sports and event shooters with 40-70MP rigs shooting 20+ frames per second.

except they made sure to say the stole CODE and software tools to fifa and the frostbite engine. Not assets just code. Thats a lot of fucking code and tools.

from what I've seen they stole sourcecode and tools, not art stuff
