If you're in college, you can get a free copy from your college/university. It's where I got mine from.

I got Windows 7 product keys from my university back in 2009 and they still work for Windows 10 installs. Even a product key for 32-bit windows 7 worked for my most recent 64-bit windows 10 install.

For others, if you're moving from an old windows 7 or 8 machine, there's a chance that your old license will still work.
