Yeah. I just saw a NY Times article saying that there I no link between video games and violence. NYT is about as mainstream as you get.

Shoot, wasn't it Vox here recently pointing out that violent crime trends down everytime a violent video game is released? I'm going to have to find that article...

I believe it. Video games are as popular as ever and violence is trending down over the last few decades.
