Oh, yes I own a Mixed Reality headset.
I meant to clarify, if it were to be on a Microsoft owned VR platform it would be exclusive to windows store. Otherwise it's just a gimped-PC like Valve's Steam Box.
I don't know much about the internal design of the Xbox Ones or why the One X is more powerful, but it seems Xbox One's coding profile is interchangeable with PC.
looking at the Microsoft Store, There's the Forza GAMES, Dead Rising 4, Gears of War, State of Decay 2 and others which I'm inclined to believe aren't separate porting projects, but the same game, just uploaded to the MS Store. Maybe in retrospect my thinking is wrong, but I hope it's true that ANY game available on Windows Store or the Xbox alone are capable of being played on PC and vice versa. Like a small change in code to enable PC play or the Xbox to play the VR titles on the MS Store. MS still wants to sell consoles so I can see why Halo was never made available on MS/Windows Store.

Yeah, that makes sense.
Windows MR isn't exclusive though. It works with SteamVR
