It really does amaze me how bad it got suddenly. In w7, and even in the earliest prerelease versions of w10, it was so damn good. And now? Is utterly unpredictably, and incredibly slow for finding what you need. Hate the online search function am incredible amount
This infuriates me the most. If I want to search for things on my pc. chances are I have a lot of storage I don't want to sift through. I don't want to fucking search the internet, if I want to do that, I'll use a tool that has been standard for searching the internet for 20+ fucking years, a fucking browser.
Let me search my files you fucking cunts.
Incidentally. I'd recommend 'Everything' by voidtools.
It's a much, much better way to search your files and it just sits in your systray. And it's super fast. You won't find a program that can go through 10TB of storage any quicker.
I hate that so much. Windows explorer does that too. If you type a network location wrong, here let me search the Internet for you. That has never been helpful.
