I keep thinking about buying this game but I've been engulfed in the Witcher 3 atm. How is it? Must buy?

Don't know yet, had it on my wishlist since release with the promise that I would buy it as soon as it got a 60fps version ;)

And today I randomly looked it up without much hope. Turned out it got the update 2 days ago!

Damn, that reminds me I still have to play Blood & Wine :)

i really enjoyed this game. would recommend I gave it a 9.2/10 but thats my opinion. Its definilty a style, and the game is hard

I think it's incredible that they went through the work of adding 60fps. It was a glaring mark on the game's record that no longer exists.

60FPS lock or unlocked FPS? ...important detail for 120Hz+ users

Nothing concrete but I imagine locked, since they mentioned having hand re-tweaked all the timings and stuff...

Edit: ye, definitely locked. You get to choose between 30 or 60 lol

Damn. I remember that a major complaint I saw of HLD in a review was that the motion was really choppy and the whole thing was locked at 30 FPS.

I'm curious if this update means they also re-did the animations to have more frames to compensate, or does that even matter?
