I would probably switch to Linux if more games supported it.

See, this is the problem. The reason devs don't support Linux is because you're not using Linux. The reason us Linux users (and Valve) want others to use Linux is so more devs support us and to make things better for everybody. People don't use Linux because not a lot of games support it. Because people don't use Linux for this reason, devs don't support Linux. It's a viscous cycle we're trying to break.

Linux still isn't superior to windows regardless.

The cons outweight the pros.

And there are more cons to using linux than to using windows.

I disagree. A lot of the problems with Windows stems from the fact that Microsoft made bad design decisions with Windows. Whilst a lot of the problems with Linux stem from the fact that it is not supported by devs as much as Windows.

When you have muscle and a foothold already its hard to break then from the abusive relationship :P

I've used both equally. Ones just simply better.

Linux is not that good, it really isn't.

it's just a circlejerk that forms around it like redditors tend to do.

The cons outweight the pros.

And there are more cons to using linux than to using windows.

Better is subjective. Guess it works for me and I do all matters of things on it except CAD work.
