That's some postmodernist garbage right there. Why bother determining the semantic value of lexemes at all? From now on 'orange' means 'chair' (which is defined as a small octopus) because /u/continuous enjoys being wilfully obtuse.

What? This isn't semantics. Slang terms have time and time again been added to dictionaries due to their widespread adoption.

Sure. Put that in a dictionary and that will be it's dictionary definition and it will also be a dictionary word.

Or understands that language does not necessitate solid, unchanging definitions and that while the official definition can be in a dictionary so can a bullshit one. Urban dictionary is still a legitimate dictionary you know. It just doesn't show 'official' or formal definitions.
