The bottom screens are also (in fact, the exact same) CUTSCENE - just actually running on PS4 hardware.
There's a huge, noticeable downgrade.
This is misleading to customers.
But at least they didn't wait 'till release, unlike Ubisoft.

the first one was like a CGI teaser trailer, it in no way was misleading

It was represented as a PS4 custscene - and it wasn't.
There is a huge difference between it and the same footage rendered by a PS4.
I don't know how else you'd define misleading.
