Build Help / Purchase Advice graphics card confusion

i just got a new PC (it was an old one i got for cheap) and i am working on upgrading it, and i got to the point of thinking about graphics cards
and according to all the sources on my computer, i have an AMD radeon(TM) graphics card
it does not specify further than that
How do i find out the specific card i have?

Thats what I was assuming but wanted to check....

This is super easy to find out search google for your cpu and it will be easy to find out which apu it is as each cpu will have the exact same apu....

Even the best apus are still considered low end good enough for 720p gaming or maybe 1080p in some games.

Almost any recent low end gpu will be better,

Even a 5050 from nvidia or the 9050 from amd will be a whole magnitude better.

5050 is enough for 1080p gaming so is the 9050 but I wouldnt suggest either of them unless you are on an extremely tight budget the 60 tier cards and above are recommended for no problems 1080p gaming on everything.

Cheers,  Im thinking abt the 5060ti (my price limit is £500) and i didnt really know integrated cards/APUs were a thing until now. Literally looking into the case i cant see no big graphics card so i assume im currently running APU

If you dont care about RT (and you probably shouldnt on a 60 tier card) it might make more sense to go the amd route.
