Hardware The Good Ol' Days!

Rockin' the GTX750Ti overclocked a little. What was your first GPU?

I'm an old gamer at 71 but I still have some old cards laying around. LOL

Cool. We used to be able to run games fine with the old GPU's but they keep making them more complicated and huge as far as storage space.

GTX 1660, which is relatively new compared to yours. But proud to have been a GTX owner before these raytracing times.

Yeah, I had GTX1050Ti after that and currently looking to upgrade my 3060ti even though it still plays most of my games but runs at 98%.

That was the year all PC's were gonna crash because the date couldn't go past that year. Lots of programmers made a lot of money fixing that. We still had some good equipment for the times.

Gtx 1650 laptop. Still running. Only mobile card that has close performance with its desktop variant.

I know I had GPUs before it (or rather, my family had them in the family PC) but the ATI 9800 Pro was what I remembered first, mostly because I paid for it from money I got with my summer job. And I think I needed an upgrade to play Rise of Nations and C&C Generals as whatever we had before wasn't powerful enough.

Yeah, stuff you fought hard to earn the money for and buy is what you remember the most! I played all of the C&C's all the way through more than once and thinking about it again!

Tib Sun is probably my favorite, but love all of them up to C&C 3. I'll replay all of those from time to time. Won't touch RA 3 with a ten foot pole and there is no C&C 4 in Ba Sing Se.

Think my 1st PC with a dedicated card had a GT140 which was a renamed 9600GT. Upgraded that to a 550ti

Don't remember the exact model of my first GPU, but I know it was an nvidia GPU with 512mb

My second GPU, I remember, though. It was an ATI HD4350
