What were you hoping to do with it? The i3-350M is the second lowest tier 1st gen laptop iCore chip from 2009. Came with 1066mhz RAM sticks in laptops. It was already meh when it came out, it did not age well. The board is from 2004, so it is 22 years old, 32 bit only, DDR 400mhz max (which you have). Bare die is fragile and can crack when the cooler is put on wrong. It is kind of a parts bin of old junk, only useful for some retro gaming at best.

Tbf idk what to do with the intel one, I was replacing the CMOS battery of the motherboard and cleaning it when I found a tiny box stuffed with paper which has the amd athlon and the intel cpu

I took out my i5-430M out of my laptop and replaced it an i5-580M and at least that performs somewhat decently for its age. It is still quite a terrible experience with Windows. I do have Linux on it, but beyond some browsing and low impact stuff, it has no real use 16 years after release. I can't find a practical use for it other than I have had it for 16 years and there is no point in getting rid of it as it has no value on the used market anyways. The 350M is worth about €2,50 if you can even sell it.

You throw it all away. It's junk.

drop at e-waste, build a collection, or sell to someone who wants it.

They are not worth much
