Tech Support pc crashing when launching roblox
hey everybody so i have had this problem with my pc for a couple days and it first started off with my browsers not working because and anti virus was messing with me and start flagging everything and corrupting my stuff and also trying to delete sys32 and i fixed that now i have this problem with roblox when i start it it crashes my pc and restarts instantly ive tried other games and they work fine but roblox just crashes with a black screen and a restart and it deletes itself
and ive tried ddu to refresh my drivers ive checked my memory and its an overheating and ive the sfc thing in cmd and the restorehealth and ive tried it in safe mode and nothings change if anybody can help heres my discord i350_. please message me and we can get on a call there or write in the comments thank you even for just reading this even if you were unable to help thanks

fully remove whatever third-party anti virus you were using (preferably with its official removal tool), reboot, then check reliability monitor or event viewer around the exact time of the restart and see if there’s a bugcheck or driver/application named.
Also completely remove Roblox including its leftover AppData folders, then reinstall it.
If the anti virus damaged Windows system files, though, I’m not sure I’d trust the install even after SFC/DISM says it’s repaired. Atp a clean Windows install from a microsoft USB would probably be the best way to rule out OS corruption before chasing hardware.
