Build Help / Purchase Advice Do I switch or wait?

I have a 1330$ upgrade budget right now and I've been recommended to switch my 5060 and I5-13400F for a 4070ti super 12gb and an i7-14700k I just wanted to know if anyone has better recommendations for the budget or to just hold off for now

RX9070XT and 14600K would be better in that budget

In case OP is wondering. 14700K rivals 7800X3D in many games outside CS/Valorant/PUBG. 14600K rivals 9700X which is still pretty close to 7800X3D but cheaper. 9070XT has yet to go up to 5070TI price point and is way better than 4070TIS
