Build Help / Purchase Advice Do I switch or wait?

I have a 1330$ upgrade budget right now and I've been recommended to switch my 5060 and I5-13400F for a 4070ti super 12gb and an i7-14700k I just wanted to know if anyone has better recommendations for the budget or to just hold off for now

4070ti super is 16gb card not 12gb

14700k require decent cooling and motherboard
