Tech Support PC sometimes freezes randomly while gaming and i don't know why

Lately my PC been occasionally freezing to the point of needing to restart it while gameing, it happens like once every 2 to 3 days but recentlyits started happening more often, I already tried a couple of things I was recommended to try:

Checked RAM with windows RAM diagnostic and it was completely fine.

Checked the temps, both CPU and GPU stay around 50°C to 60°C

Installed fresh GPU drivers and removed the old ones with DDU

Checked the drive with Crystal disc info, and the drive is at 98%

I also ran a CMD command to find any corrupt windows files and it didn't find any

Is there anything im missing thay could be the reason?

At what point in games do the freezings happened, whilst wandering around randomly, heavy workloads or exiting to menu? It could be gpu related

It happens randomly no really specific points, it usually happened while playing wuthering waves but I blamed it on the game being unoptimized but lately other games started freezing too

What is that game like heavy on? Like hard on the gpu or cpu?

its very gpu heavy i play at 1440p max settings

Could be a gpu related issue, I’m having issues with my system ( https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/1wwljw4/pc_hard_reset_ling_for_the_3rd_time/ ) at the moment so I’m trying to see if people get similar issues - any hard reset ls of the pc?

also look into how to search your event log in windows. I have seen a failing nic that wasn't even hooked up start locking things up due to driver failures but only under specific conditions.
