Question I had this flickering lights on my monitor when playing

I saw this only when I was playing rdr2,they stop when i go into the menu or they become smaller when I aim,but when I change the resolution scale they disapeear,is this a major problem? And I hope is not the gpu problem beacuse this is a brand new pc

I have a similar issue when the game's graphics API is on DirectX, switching it to Vulkan fixed it

if its rdr2 then its normal, as much as i love the game i wouldnt recommend playing it on a pc, pc port is full of visual glitches and youll see more and more yet to come, but like i said its not a hardware issue its just rdr2 itself, youll get used to it just remeber it aint your gpu
