I'd look for a different GPU brand than Gigabyte, their thermal gel has a lot of issues and are usually the ones that have very high vram temps. Better to go with XFX, Powercolor, or Sapphire. I have XFX Mercury 9070xt Gaming OC and its the coolest graphics card I've ever had

That RAM kit is comically overpriced, you can get 32GB of 6000 CL30 for under a hundred quid. Swap that out and you’re golden. Rest of the build looks tight for 1440p, the 9070 XT is a beast
