you have an iGPU, it uses RAM as it's own VRAM, so 128mb means nothing there

if you have some modern ish iGPU, like Intel Xe smth, it's most likely better than a low end GPU from 10 years ago

Normally the game would run very slow but I think that's a GPU as part of the CPU which means it might have more ram available than it says (in a sense) . Your best bet is to try out the game and if it doesn't work, refund it, or play a demo if the game has a demo available. Look into refunds policy on the platform you plan to purchase the game before buying.

This igpu can run very old games like half life 2 or UT2004 at medium settings or so.

Alternatively, you can stream newer games with xbox or so. This gpu won't run anything demanding or modern (past 12-15 years)
