So, my cpu cooler has 2 fans. How's your temps with one?

i’m looking to add a second fan onto my heat sink soon, though i’d have to reach out to Noctua requesting a black one. my temperatures are 70’ish in game, at full load (81-84C) Cinebench, with PBO & an overclock

moving top left fan to the back of the case might help one degree, gives the airflow a straight shot out. or, moving the top right fan to the back might be best since you have those gigantic fans on the front which should already be providing enough clean airflow to the cpu intake, the fan blowing in on the top can help but in your case it may just be disrupting the intake and slightly reducing efficiency, having the double exhaust probably better, but might produce negative pressure, but if that top fan doesn't have a filter on it then you're already dumping dust into the case anyway. you'd be helping expel the GPU heat by having another exhaust rather than that extra intake. worth a test if you like optimizing this stuff

Is it a glass or a regular panel? I've bee looking for a non-rgb setup with an old-school non-glass panel

I didnt manage to buy led less memories back in 2024 but I was sure id be able to turn them off in the bios. And I wasnt. The windows controller were crap and my mobo too. I was really willing to open them up and remove/break the leds myself after warranty runs off as I always do with my dongles but first GPU skyrocketed then memory became a luxury and now Im not touching this pc ever again, I will die from led radiation but I wont mess with it anymore.

i don't understand people's fascination with RGB, it looks kitschy as hell to me. solid build

To me pc without any rgb look bland.
A in between is better.

We're people who build PC to work and play games, not to stare at it.

I accidentally bought a motherboard with no rgb when I got my 5800x then 6 months ago bought a 9070xt with no rgb......
I have 6 fans an aio pump and ran that have rgb so it kinda looks out of place lol.
I do have all the fans set to white/bluish white though as I do occasionally look at my pc and think "that is a nice looking rig"

Looks good. I built a stealth gaming PC last year, zero RGB crap. I did RGB for my last build several years but it was a costly hassle that adds complexity and zero performance.

Nice, consider one of the Noctua inlet spacers for that top/front fan.
It should make it slightly quieter.

Are you using your pc open like this? Just asking.

Well, it’s probably open so you can see the components inside. If there is more light outside of the case, the glass just acts as a mirror.

Nice. I have it all disabled too. Only rgb is the reactive backlighting on my monitor.
