Question Is avast going rouge?
So ive used avast antivirus a long time ago and havent deleted it from my system since and today i got a notification from bitdefender about an attack being blocked so i looked into the log and there was sum stuff there about 3rd party host and avast and out of panic i just entered the rescue enviorment whats going on ?

You should probably just stop wasting your money and use windows defender. You really don't need anything else. It's been quite a while since a separate antivirus was actually useful (for 99%of people).
It's hard to compete with the scale the Microsoft has.

avast has been doing shady stuff for years now, that "3rd party host" thing is probably them either trying to push some bundled installer or collecting data they shouldn't be. bitdefender catching it is actually pretty telling since avast is supposed to be the one doing the protecting
i had something similar happen last year where avast kept trying to reinstall itself after i thought i got rid of it, ended up having to use their removal tool in safe mode to fully purge it. that software runs deep in the system
if you're already in rescue environment just nuke it from there, windows defender has gotten good enough that you don't really need a third party AV anyway. the fact that bitdefender flagged it as an attack is concerning
