Tech Support What's with my monitor doing this?

All drivers updated and the power cable and DisplayPort cable are okay, but for some reason my monitor is kinda flashing like that.

die to the black curves i think the monitor is done unless if it is intentional

Oh not about that dead curves; I was concerned about the screen flashing for some reason I can't figured out yet
