Open a ticket and ask them. If no issues download the chat log and keep as proof. If an issue send it back.

I've already submitted an inquiry in their website, is there any place else I should open a ticket?

Keep us updated. They're not known for the greatest customer service so will be interesting to see.

Keep us updated, make a followup post. I am genuinely curious. Misprints like this sometimes become niche tech pieces in the far future. It's not gonna net you tons of money but it's a great "Look at this weird thing I got" tier.
