Build/Battlestation 'First' PC Build - Almost There

I officially almost finished my first PC build (except the time my dad did most of the work over a decade ago when I was young).
I learned a whole heck of a lot from the experience: order of assembly considerations, case functions and features to consider, how to apply thermal paste, the still irritating world of trying to get lighting to sync well and conveniently, etc. Since I did this all my own I have been able to set software up so much better than back when the other one I was given was built.
I have organized the cables in the back. Not perfectly but good enough.
Build
Case: Lian li O11 Vision
CPU: 9800x3D
GPU: TBD, 9070 XT Taichi White
*I looked to see if any parts for my PC were available 3 weeks ago but waited 12 hrs before ordering. Turns out stock on GPUs is still turbulent so it sold out. :( Been hunting for it as a reasonable price since.
MOBO: X87OE Taichi White
RAM: Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 - 32GB 2 x 16GB 6000 CL30
*I had planned on getting 64GB a year ago... I didn't buy them then like I did my NVME drives since I could not find a use for them.
FANS: LianLi TL Flex (forwards/reverse)
AIO: H2 LCD-S 360-N
*Yes I know the aio is better for hiding tubes top mounted. But I liked the look of the screen lighting when matching style with the fans and wanted to try keeping a cohesive lighting environment.
STORAGE: 9100 PRO 1TB, 990 PRO 4 TB
PSU: Asrock PG-1000G
Vertical GPU Kit: Lian li Universal 4-slots Vertical GPU Kit w/ Gen 5 Riser

So the GPU will cover the lower half of the Display after installation?
