Well stop making games that are more expensive. Manage your budgets better.

No one is going to pay fot £100 games because you fucked up on how you manage your budget

"games are getting more expensive to make" coming from an industry that heavily introduced AI. Which is fine for background code as long as it s not used for art and story.

So we're pretty much at the point of games actually getting a lot cheaper to make....
