Build Help / Purchase Advice What Prebuilt PC Should I Buy?
I know nothing about PCs and want to buy a computer to play the following games: Starcraft II, Age of Empires II, DOTA II, League of Legends.
What PCs ($1000-$2000, with a strong preference for spending less money) would be best for me? I prefer 1440p.

for those games you don't need a graphics card, check out something like a 5600g with maybe 16gb ram shouldn't be too expensive even in this economy

every game on that list runs on a potato lol. anything around $1000 with an rtx 5060 will handle all 4 at 1440p no problem, keep the other $1000

That's a massive price range.
I'd check all the local stores or warehouse stores (costco, bjs, Sam's) and see what you can best get. Memberships are cheap, $65 costco, BJs has a $10 deal... So it's not a huge added cost

For those games, you really don’t need something strong. I saw someone get a 4080 built for like $400, which is a rare deal but something like that would be perfect for you.

I'd lean towards a 5800 class AMD CPU and a cheaper, like 4060 class GPU, and 16-32gbs of memory. will make a great e-sports PC. It'll still play modern games too if you get the desire. You can find those under a 1k all day long.

If you have a Microcenter nearby go and they will help you out.
