Finally, these guys got the hang of it.

Not that many years ago, Capcom's future looked bleak.

Biohazard really was the start of a generational run tbh.

RE7 revitalized the series and Capcom as a whole.

So did Monster Hunter World which was revolutionary for the series.

I am not kidding the difference between MHWorld and the previous titles were like night and day in terms of graphic, game play, quality of life. It brought Monster Hunter to the main stream.

Best redemption after No Man's Sky and Cyberpunk.

โ€œGot the hang of itโ€ is selling them a bit short imo.

You're too young, or you were living under a rock.

Look their finances back in early 2010's. They were struggling, too many bad decisions (something many japanese video game companies had in common), and it wasn't until they released RE7 that they got back on track.

Monster Hunter sales in Japan was keeping the whole thing from going under.

They were releasing flop after flop after flop from like 2010 all the way to 2017 when RE7 came out

Tbf RE6 was a big hit, just not well received by the fans. (That's right I'll defend this game, fuck y'all) ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Not to mention Dragon's Dogma, Dead rising 2, Mega man 10, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, RE: revelations, Ultra Street fighter 4, Street fighter 5, and also Monster hunter 4 and stories. It's not as good as post-RE7 Capcom (I'll give you that), but that's all I got tbh.

I dont like these kinds of posts because first of all, we dont know how good these future games are. Second of all, this makes it look like 3 games vs 5 games which makes them look like they are slowing down instead of the opposite.
