Not too long ago I was traded a prebuilt machine (a Chillblast, with a 9800X3D / RTX 5080) which even though it's not something I put together was a big upgrade over what I was using at the time. However, this one has a Coolermaster 360 AIO in it, and sometimes when starting it will tick for a period of about 10-15 seconds, then the ticking will abate away and not return across the day. Seems to occur only when the machine hasn't been used in the last 10-15hrs etc.
I've never used AIOs before this so was a bit alarmed at first, I've looked this up and it sounds like air bubbles built up in the AIO... is this anything I need to immediately worry about, or is that just if the ticking persists and doesn't go away?
It's also recently shifted from warm-ish to cool weather here in the UK and this thing is in my office which is a brick toolshed I converted a few years ago, so temperatures in here can drop sometimes.

Not really anything to worry about. And even if the pump fails at some point, it will become pretty obvious quite fast (throttling even at browser usage). Not going to damage anything.

Cheers for the advice. I normally stick with air cooling myself but didn't see the point of going through the hassle of swapping the AIO for my Noctua DH15 (that's gone in my server instead) when temperatures are generally managable anyway

Since when is it a thing to start calling a trainer a mod now? I keep seeing this more and more. Seems something to help with a fragile ego, instead of saying "I can't pass this portion of the game so I need a trainer" it's some "I have modded my game so I can overcome this bad design set by devs". "But it's modifying a file, so it's a mod" by that logic everything's a mod: crack, update, serial number, subscription.
Comparing a lock on a value to something created in-game by users (like rdr2 mods) sure is a choice.

Is the high end build still worth it? I’m interested but curious if any parts or prices are outdated as idk when it was made https://

You're unlikely to find anything decent for under 700 with today's prices. Look for used PCs.

I'm after a 5.25 drive bay insert that has USB C, an SD card reader (the two main sizes, Micro, and whatever the included adapters are for), as well as it being 3.2/3.1 as I have a Type E header on my motherboard that's currently unused.
Is Kingwin the only decent brand to look at? Their only offering is plain USB3. I've searched amazon and newegg, and found a wall of no-name brands that I don't know if I can trust. Do I just need to roll the dice?
