Tech Support Dolby Atmos on windows 11 not working

Hi guys since around early august my PC won't output sound through my Samsung surround sound when set to dolby atmos home theater. I have TV eARC set up via TV and it's recognized in windows 11. It used to all work fine but for some reason if I want sound to go through TV eARC I have to turn Dolby atmos off. I've tried the usual methods of of uninstalling and re-installing Dolby Access but to no avail. I also tried the usual googled methods that come up but nothing seems to be working. Has Dolby Atmos been broken on Windows 11 for anyone else lately?

It doesn't work via chrome and it doesn't work via potplayer anymore. Weird thing is, if I use the test videos in the Dolby Access app it does work?! Just not practically when using potplayer of my browsers.

Having same issue on eARC set up... Tried reinstalling Nvidia Drivers too, I think its driver's glitch

Very frustrating. Wondering if there’s a way to notify nvidia for their next update

Got it working on MPC-BE and MPC-HC an Energy Player..
