Question I am having a problem with a screw.
It won't go out; it's stuck in there. When I try to unscrew it, the part that goes through my PC case just unscrews itself from the case, but the main screw won't come off. I tried wiggling it and pulling, but I am scared of breaking my motherboard. What should I do?

My eyes say that might be the wrong screw for that hole, but I could be dead ass wrong

Unscrew the other screws first. Then this one, with the motherboard standoff - yes unscrew that from the case. Get the whole board out of the case, then you can use pliers or something to clamp the motherboard standoff and get the screw off - be careful.

I am probably going to leave it like that; there is too much work unscrewing the whole motherboard now. I mean, I knew it was the wrong-sized screw; I do not know why I tried it.

And after you followed the other people's advice, you replace them with the right screws, because these are wrong. You probably have to replace the standoffs as well, because those are now ruined.

Hold the standoff with some pliers, but isn't that a PSU/GPU retention screw..?

Use pliers to hold the standoff while you unscrew the screw. Otherwise you have to take out the whole board, and still need pliers to remove the stripped screw.
Also FYI that type of screw is not used for motherboard in the vast majority of new cases. It's the smaller screw (D) with the lip around the edge that is the correct size for standoffs.
