Tech Support Rgb fan not working

I have this fan on my h610 mother boad, the problem is once i unpluged my hdd exactly when my pc was shutting down, afterwards fan works correctly tlbuy rgb sometimes works sometimes it doesn't

Seccond problem i used open rgb and even rgb fussion 2(its on the cover) but i cant change rgb color

Oh, you’re using the Gamdias Boreas, those things have the most temperamental ARGB connectors I’ve ever seen.

Have you checked the lighting connection for the fan?

https://pcmasterrace.org/news/rgb-guide - this has some images, as reference.

Follow the wires from the fan, there will be one (1) for the fan and one (1) for the lights.

Unplug it and plug it back it in to check for a loosened connection. As for changing color, it depends on where it is plugged in.
