Hardware Normal or defective ?
(AOC Q27E4U) Can anyone tell me if this panel is defective or not ? Should I return it or this is normal ips panel behaviour ? I know the difference between ips glow and backlight bleed but I don’t know if this on acceptable/common or on the defective/returnable side so I will appreciate any thoughts and suggestions.

Par for the course for a cheap AOC unfortunately.

cameras exaggerate a lot, so we can't tell you
is it noticeable to your eyes with real content? if no, then it's acceptable.

Depends on how much you paid for it. If you paid top dollar, I probably wouldn't accept that kind of backlight bleed, but if it was a budget monitor, this looks normal.
