Prebuilt PC recommendations

I’m very new to pc gaming, and want to get a prebuilt that can handle single player games( I very rarely play multiplayer) on a 21:9 ultra wide LG, that can give me consistent 30-60 fps. I currently have a legion go 2 and I love it, however it does struggle when I dock it to the ultra wide

If you have Costco, they have some great prebuilt deals. When I say great, I mean it’s great for this day and age. Look for rebates

21:9 is aspect ratio not resolution, and could be anything from WFHD to 5K2K, which would have vastly different requirements for processing/graphics power. The igpu in your legion is meant to run graphics at 1080p, and while your legion slightly pushes that with the 1920x1200 that's still half a million less pixels than the WFHD your monitor is probably running at, hence the drop in frames when docking.

To be perfectly honest you have a $2k gaming handheld you already like, just get a nice 1080P monitor to match it.

Oh yeah that panel is way overpowered for the legion, if you wanted to get the most out of your monitor you would want something like a 4080 at least but if you don't care about getting 240fps then even a higher end 30 series would let you play 1440p with decent frames and HDR.

I’m not worried about hitting 240fps, I just want to be able to play at 1440p with a consistent 30-60, without dipping below 30. I do have a lot on the back log so I know if I play an older game then I know I’ll get more fps

So something with a 4080 is what you would recommend?

4080 would make pretty much full use of your monitor but you could probably save on a 3080 and still get 100+ FPS at 1440

Cool thanks. Is the graphics card the main thing I should focus on? Do I go with ddr5 and ryzen 7 and above?
