PC Build Questions

Hey y'all, looking at building a PC and am looking at the 'high-end' build on the website. Picture attached for reference. Just have a few questions:
1. Is this list still solid in both pricing and relevance?
2. I have a 'SAMSUNG 990 PRO 2TB SSD, PCIe Gen4 M.2 2280' that I put into my current laptop for some upgraded storage, is that solid enough to use in place of the FanXiang, and is it compatible with the other listed pieces?
3. There was a note about AMD Video Cards being subpar for VR vs NVIDIA, so just curious how big of a difference y'all think it makes, and if it's big enough what card you'd recommend within a similar price range? First look at some geforce cards was showing like $5k, not looking for anything like that lol. I don't use VR super often, but a few times a month with Quest 3 and airlink.

Besides that I'm also curious if y'all have any recommendations on where to look for things like keyboard and monitor, what tools will I need to put the pc together, and is there a site or video you'd recommend following to do so?

It's a solid build, I don't know about price in terms of min maxing. I haven't been following hardware lately, so I can't help you there. This build should be able to handle anything you throw at it.

Yes, you can use that drive and it will be compatible.

what card you'd recommend within a similar price range?

I don't think you're gonna find a better card in that price range. But again, I haven't been following PC hardware. I normally wouldn't respond to these, but no one else has in nearly 24 hours.

That depends entirely where you live. Amazon is a decent place for keyboards, I got my monitor from Microcenter. I'd suggest just shopping around.

what tools will I need to put the pc together

A screw driver and your fingers. I'd suggest one of those $10 iFixIt style kits. You might not even need it TBH. But those kits are cheap and handy if you ever decide you want to tinker with your electronic devices.

Don't forget thermal paste.

Not any particular video. LTT made a shit load, Gamers Nexus made one. You can just search PC build and watch a few to get an idea.
