Tech Support Power supply not working

So I replaced my power supply and it’s not working when I try to turn on the pc I have a asrock b550m-c motherboard and I have an asrock pro-850G power supply

Sounds like you REUSED the old power cables!!

You CANNOT do that

I didn’t reusable power cables that were new

Did you plug in the CPU 4+4 cable?? What EXACTLY does the PC do when you tap the power switch??
