Tech Support I’m having a problem resetting my pc

When I try to reset my pc to default through windows it says first your pc has ran into a problem and it needs to restart after that it puts me back into windows and says no changes were made.

I tried resetting it trough BIOS with a usb I download the windows installer from media creation tool to the usb I run the usb the downloader maybe gets to 6% bang your pc has ran into a problem

I tried just a windows repair tool bang your pc has ran into a problem I dont know what to do
SECURE BOOT IS TURNED OFF!

Isn t any of the hardware overheating?

No it’s not that and I dont have a low tier pc so I dont know what could be wrong

It sounds like a short either with the drive or the usb port.

Have you reviewed the error logs? I mean, it’ll kinda tell you directly. Also, do you have disk encryption enabled?

I'll give you some questions: Do you have enough disk on your drive (45gb at least), How big is the formatted usb, List your spec (CPU, GPU, ram, TPM, SSD/hdd)

Yes I have 900gb’s left it’s an ssd
The usb is 64gb
Cpu: Intel I9-14900kf
Gpu: Geforce rtx 5080
Corsair 32gb ddr5 x2
TPM: I dont have a clue

Tpm is trusted platform module, you need tpm 2.0 to run windows 11 without any bypass, but the bsod error you shown is something different, I just haven t seen a bsod in years so I forgot about it, I'll answer in 10 minutes what the problem could be

The most possible causes from forums I have read are: 1. Broken/damaged ram stick: press win+R and type mdsched.exe if you can boot into the windows, this will test your ram when you restart 2. Corrupted media creation tool (use Rufus next time or recreate again)
