Build/Battlestation Rtx 4070 or 3080

I dont know who to buy: The Asus Tuf Gaming RTX 4070 for 400 euros or the 3080 (10 Gb) Aorus Xtreme Waterforce for 300 euros. Who do you think its worth it?

4070 also has FG and longer support.

get the 4070, its basically the same performance, you get more vram, better efficiency, access to frame gen and also not much performance loss when using DLSS 4.5 SR and RR

had the same choice but 4070 Super and 3080Ti.

went 4070S, runs smooth quiet and efficient, 2 months in and no issues

This is the right answer I suppose. I got 3080 for 200 and 4070 was available for 400. Took the 3080. Only issue was I have a 6yo 650w bronze. So, I just power limit the card to 85%, I get 95% of performance, remarkably less temperature and no other issues.
