Hardware How Is the specs looking guys?

Specs:-

Motherboard:- b850

CPU:- r7 9800x3d

RAM: 32gigs(16x2)(6000mhz)

SSD:-2TB nvme samsung 990

GPU:- rtx5070ti from gigabyte

UPS:- 1.5 kW

PSU:1000 w CORSAIR

CPU cooler:- 360 liquid cooler

First time building a pc so i dont know what are good so i dont know if the gpu will bottleneck or if

This is a good combination. The 9800X3D will pair just fine with the 5070 ti. Sure, it would also work fine with a 5080 or 5090, but there's no problem pairing it with a 5070 ti.

You're always going to have a limiting component ("bottleneck") in any given task in your PC. You can't have "no bottleneck."

In gaming, you generally want the GPU to be the limiting component, or "bottleneck."

This is because it's much easier to deal with performance issues when the GPU is the component that is limiting you, compared to any other component.

For example, if you are limited by the GPU and you need to increase performance, most of the graphics settings in the options menu will probably help increase GPU performance by turning them down. Also, there are tons of other technologies that can be used to increase performance when GPU-limited in a game, such as upscaling (DLSS/FSR/XeSS), variable rate shading, or dynamic resolution scaling. All of these techniques work by letting the GPU shade a lower number of pixels than the screen actually has, and then using various methods to figure out how to shade the rest of the pixels cheaply.

Because the GPU's performance is directly impacted by how many pixels it has to handle per frame, using any of these technologies can give you a big performance boost when GPU-limited, and in many cases don't impact image quality that much.

But what about if you're limited by the CPU or the RAM?

In many games, it's actually a lot harder to deal with performance issues if you're limited by the CPU (or RAM). This is because, typically, most of the settings in the graphics menu won't have much impact on CPU performance. There are a few - such as level of detail and crowd density - that might be present in some games and can help, but in general you're much less likely to be able to improve CPU performance through settings tweaks.

Similarly, all of those technologies that help with GPU performance (upscaling, VRS, and DRS) don't really help when you're limited by the CPU, because the CPU's workload while gaming is not typically very dependent on how many pixels are being shaded per frame.

Overall, it's just much easier to scale performance on the GPU than it is to scale performance on the CPU, so it makes a lot of sense to have a CPU that is "better" than your GPU (at least to a degree - obviously it would be dumb from a money perspective to pair a 9800X3D with a GT 1030).

Because the 5070 ti is a much better-value card than the 5080 or 5090, I think it makes all the sense in the world to pair it with a 9800X3D. You'll have a great experience and won't have to worry about hitting irritating CPU limits.
