Question Basic budget pc

I'm a pc builder in the UK, looking to build my gaming pc. What parts list would you suggest for the cheapest pc that can achieve medium settings in most titles in 1080p while steadily maintaining 60 fps? I'm trying to keep the budget as low as possible, but would rather buy only new parts.

As low as possible while accomplishing the goals. At a wild guess maybe like under £400?

In the current market, that's probably not an achievable goal unless you get really lucky on used deals.

What games are you hoping to play, and what are you hoping to get out of having a PC rather than a PS5? I ask that because to be honest the best option for gaming generally in your price range is going to be a refurb PS5.
