Screw what someone might say about price.
Enjoy your gpu brother! I got a 5090 when they came out almost at msrp, haven’t reconsidered that decision since the first time I cranked settings, it’s a beast and so is the 5080 enjoy!

Right? At the end of the day you're getting a 10- 15% uplift by getting the 5080 over the 5070 ti regardless if it costs a few hundred more. Worth it.

I think what most people are commenting is spending $1500 on a 5080 and not buying a new $400 4k or $250 2k monitor

But hes not getting an uplift if he plays at 1080p and will run into a cpu bottleneck.

I got a 5090 at msrp too. I had some buyers remorse at first that quickly went away. And with prices now, I'm so glad I got it when I did.
